About me: jking340
I first started becoming interested in roller coasters at the age of 12 when I went on a school field trip to Six Flags over Georgia. After visiting that one time, I went back again during the summer to experience all the rides there that I had not been able to do before. I enjoyed that so much that I told my family and we went twice ourselves. We enjoyed it so much that we bought season passes the fall of that year to go during all of October and come back all next year. And just to skip forward a little, we have purchased a Six Flags season pass every year since then.
Two summers ago, my family got interested in wanting to ride tha tallest roller coaster in the world, Kingda Ka. We planned our summer vacation to visit its park: Six Flags Great Adventure, along with two other parks: Six Flags New England and Six Flags America. We enjoyed that so much that we visited Six Flags Great Adventure again this past summer.
I have also visited other amusement parks such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens Tampa, Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. But mainly, my family visits Six Flags a lot more. So my website may be biased towards Six Flags because I live in such a close vicinity to Six Flags over Georgia. I have not yet visited Cedar Point, but do plan to next summer. I also plan on visiting Six Flags over Texas, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and Six Flags Magic Mountain next summer as well. That will greatly expand my knowledge and variety of roller coasters to better my opinions on this website. So everything here is based off my own opinion unless I specify others because I haven't experienced it myself.
Personally, I have thought for the longest time to go into the roller coaster business of mechanical engineering in the future. I have a great interest in them and also for math and physics as well.
The Coaster Page was created by myself for a school project that elapsed a total of 9 months. It is required to gain my MYP Certificate and also to continue on to get my IB Diploma. But I didn't want this website to be just a project. I want it to be able to reach people and communicate with the coaster world. So please feel free to comment about anything on facebook, email me for advice or to ask questions, and like my pages on facebook, instagram, and tumblr.
